Refund & Return Policy
Because all apparel is custom embroidered specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. Each order is made to order based on the details provided during the quote and design approval process.
Order Approval
Before production begins, customers may receive a design proof or order details for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all information including design placement, spelling, sizing, and garment selection. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom embroidered items unless there is a production error or the product arrives damaged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with the embroidery or garment, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the item to verify the issue. If the error is confirmed, we will work with you to replace or correct the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are customized, the following items cannot be returned:

Orders that have already entered production
Payment
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Production timelines begin once payment and design approval are completed.
