Thank you for choosing Stitch Whitt Embroidery for your custom apparel.

Because all items are custom embroidered, each order is produced specifically for the customer after design approval and payment. Production time is required before an order ships.

Production Time

Production time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days after final design approval and payment are received.

Larger orders, specialty garments, or complex embroidery designs may require additional production time. We will communicate estimated timelines during the quote and approval process.

Shipping Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers. Typical shipping times range from 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.

Large or Bulk Orders

Orders with larger quantities may require additional production time before shipment. If your order requires an extended production window, we will communicate the estimated timeline during the quoting or approval process.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stitch Whitt Embroidery is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating the package.
